Executor Appointment Fee
1st time appointment: RM 120;
Reappointment: Free
Annual Estate Administration Fees
Gross Estate Value: includes both movable and immovable assets. It is the total value of a person’s assets before deducting liabilities (such as debts and taxes). The Estate Administration fees are charged upon the extraction of Grant of Probate.
Annual Trust Administration Fees
Notes: All the fees quoted do not include service tax, stamp duty, expenses, disbursements and third party fees (which include but not limited to legal fee, fund manager fee, property agent fee, tax agent fee, and accounting fee).
